These terms apply to DRHP Lens, operated by Parin Shah (Proprietor) ("we"). By using the site you agree to them.

What the service does

DRHP Lens reads offer documents and reports you upload and produces keyword scans, summaries and answers with page references. It is a research aid.

Not investment advice

Nothing on DRHP Lens is investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to subscribe to, buy or sell any security. We are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst. AI output can be incomplete or wrong; verify every point against the source document and consult a qualified adviser before deciding.

Your documents

Only upload documents you are entitled to use. Public offer documents filed with SEBI and the stock exchanges are fine. Do not upload confidential material you are not permitted to share with a third-party processor.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are sold through Dodo Payments, which acts as merchant of record and handles billing and taxes. A Day Pass gives 24 hours of access from purchase. Pro renews monthly until cancelled. Fair use applies; automated or bulk extraction, resale and sharing access links are not allowed.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.
